Hair Booking Policy

1. Please book at least 48 hours in advance. $50 Same Day Service Fee for same day appointments. 

2. 10 - 15-minute consultation and quote preferred prior to service. (virtual or in person)

3. Please Don't Bring Your Children to Your Appointment! 

4. Appointment Requests Are Not Booked Slots. Deposit Is REQUIRED To Secure A Booking Timeslot. 

***without deposit your appointment request could be cancelled and your timeslot given away if needed. ***

5. Deposits Will Be Charged Towards Your Full-Service Price.

 6. I Do NOT Service Children That Do Not Have Tantrums of Any Kind.

7. Please Arrive to the Appointment Washed, Detangled & Blown Out. There Will Be A$45 Service Charge to Wash & Blow Out. $65 Service Charge to Wash, Detangle & Blow Out.​

8. Please Confirm Your Appointment the Day Before via Text Message. 

9. Booked Appointments Starting 30 minutes late or later will be cancelled & refunded half their booking deposit. 

Booking Requests Starting 15 minutes late or later will be cancelled.

10. If I Am Running Late To Any Appointment or Have to Reschedule at the Last Minute, A $20 discount will be applied to your current or future service cost, with a full refund of your deposit.
